• Usually, We ship orders within same day within 10 km of our store range and it may take bit more time (12-24 hours) if the user location is far from that range, from the time order was placed. 

• Orders are shipped all days except Saturday, Sunday & Any Public Holiday.

• Once the order is shipped customer can check status of his/her order in our website & mobile apps.

• Post Dispatch, deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events. 

•  In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.
